The location was lovely and particularly good, short walk to the beer garden. The staff turned out to be very very helpful. Got extremely pleasant guest room for the dog's bed when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that.

Ask about breakfast options in advance. freshly cooked meals are a highlight, but times may vary unexpectedly.

lovely big garden, clean rooms, rustic pub atmosphere
Kitchen out of service. No hot food for dinner or breakfast!!! Shower takes too long to reach temperature. Can be frustrating when you're pressed for time!!!

Perfect little hideaway!
The welcome was super warm and check-in was easy. Our room was clean, cozy, and the bed was like a cloud! Ate at the pub and those Korean wings were epic! Downside was the shower could've had a bit more pressure. Still, breakfast was top-tier, and it all felt really homey.

excellent access to parks and museums for weekend wanderers
I appreciated the easy access to wonderful walking spots, especially Quarry Banks just a short stroll away, and the Tullie House Museum, a good place to explore right around the corner, making my stay nice with satisfying experiences.

The double room was very comfortable with clean bedding and a nice selection of tea and coffee, though a few biscuits would have been a nice touch. Dining options were excellent, highlighted by the delicious scrambled eggs at breakfast and an excellent ribeye steak for dinner. The staff was friendly and cute, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. Parking was easy and conveniently located on site.

The room was a good size thanks to the amazing friendly staff. The location couldn't be more marvellous, as it was lovely to have a bus stop nearby. Plus, it was close to a golf course, the restaurant, and the town centre. The food was outstanding, and I really enjoyed it. The whole experience was great from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend it.
